Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

On 9 April 2025 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Ruxley Lane Service Road For 122 To 134 (D2097) West Ewell which extends from its junction with Cox Lane (D2097) to its junction with Scott Close (D2373).

Alternative Route – Cox Lane (D2097), Ruxley Lane (B284), Fendall Road (D2160) and Ruxley Lane (D2097) or the same route in reverse. 

This Order is required to allow ALS Civil to carry out electrical works, which is anticipated to be completed within 16 days, between 8:00am and 6:00pm and, 9:00am and 5:00pm for Scott Close (D2373), during the 12 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 17 April 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in force 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access for pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times. All other vehicular traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route including emergency vehicles and residents.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.2) 2025

On 9 April 2025 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the lengths of roads specified and described in the Schedule to this Notice. 

This Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to facilitate surface dressing and/or major maintenance works, which is anticipated to be completed as soon as possible within the 18 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 14 April 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

In the event that it is necessary to restrict any access at any time under Section 3 of the Act, the road can only be closed for a maximum of 8 hours in any 24-hour period. 

Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to a suitable location outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner. 

Access for pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times. 

Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access for emergency service vehicles to these properties, will be maintained when safe to do so and if necessary via the signed diversion route.

1. the entire length of D6906 Weston Green, Thames Ditton. Alternative Route – A309 Hampton Court Way, D6966 Weston Green Road, D6968 Weston Park and D6968 Weston Road;

2. the entire length of D3904 Vaux Crescent, Hersham. Alternative Route – C152 Burwood Road; 

3. the entire length of D3897 Melrose Gardens, Hersham. Alternative Route – D3897 Carmalt Gardens; 

4. the entire length of D3844 Newlands Close, Hersham. Alternative Route – D3844 Heathfield Road;

Coombelands Lane (D3095) Addlestone
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

On 9 April 2025 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of; (a) Coombelands Lane (D3095) Addlestone which extends from the southwestern property boundary line of “No. 14 Coombelands Lane” to the southeastern property boundary line of No. “22 Coombelands Lane” and (b) suspend “The Surrey County Council Coombelands Lane (D3095) Addlestone Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024” insofar as it affects that length of road specified in Part (a) of this Notice.

Alternative Route – No diversion route available.
This Order is required to allow Affinity Water to carry out replacement of frame & lid, which is anticipated to be completed within 3 days, between 8:00am and 4:00pm, during the 12 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 14 April 2025.

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in force 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency vehicles, residents, pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times.


Felix Road and Thamesmead (D3802) Walton On Thames
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

On 09 April 2025 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of; (a) Felix Road (D3802) Walton On Thames as extends from its junction with (D3802) Thamesmead and for a distance of 58 Metres in a south westerly direction; (b) Thamesmead (D3802) Walton On Thames as extends from its junction with (D3802) Felix Road and for a distance of 40 metres in a south easterly direction.

This Order is required to facilitate S278 works for, or on behalf of Franklin Infrastructure. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 14 days, between the hours of 8am and 11.59pm, within the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 28 April 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times, via pedestrian ramps, if required. 

Access for emergency service vehicles will be maintained at all times, via road plates, if required. It will not be possible to maintain access through the closure for residents and businesses. 

The Council are satisfied that, in accordance with Section 3(2)(a) and 3(2)(b) of the Act, vehicular access to and from premises within the length of road above, or accessible only therefrom, may be restricted in order to avoid danger to persons or other traffic using the road and/or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising. There is no alternative route for this closure.


Burrows Lane (D227) Gomshall and The Street (C41) West Horsley
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

On 09 April 2025 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of; (a) Burrows Lane (D227) Gomshall as extends from its junction with the property known as “Long Spinney” and for a distance of 120 metres in a northerly direction. 

Alternative Route: Alternative Route: Burrows Lane, Hook Lane, Sandy Lane, Shere Heath Road, Park Road, New Road, (A248) Sherbourne, (A25) Shere Road, Queen Street, and Burrows Lane, or this route in reverse; (b) The Street (C41) West Horsley as extends from its junction with (D252) Little Cranmore Lane to its junction with (D900) Kenyons. 

Alternative Route: The Street, East Lane, (B2039) Ockham Road North, (B2039) Ockham Road South, (A246) Guildford Road, (A246) Epsom Road, and The Street, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate electrical utility works for, or on behalf of UKPN. 

For Part (a) These works are anticipated to be carried out over 4 days, and Part (b) 5 days, both between the hours of 8am and 6pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 22 April 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

For Part (a) Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists. 

For Part (b) Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times.

Due to the nature of the works, there will be no vehicular access through the closure and all traffic will be required to the follow the diversion route. No sole access is affected by this closure


Chesterfield Road (D3242) and Warwick Road (D3243) Ashford
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

On 09 April 2025 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of; (a) Chesterfield Road (D3242) Ashford as extends from its junction with (C241) Stanwell Road to its junction with (D3243) Townsend Road; (b) Warwick Road (D3243) Ashford as extends from its junction with (D3242) Chersterfield Road and for a distance of 80 metres in a south westerly direction along Warwick Road. 

Alternative Route: (1) Stanwell Road, Woodthorpe Road, and Chesterfield Road, or this route in reverse; (2) Warwick Road, Ferndale Road, and Townsend Road, or this route in reverse; (3) Townsend Road, Ferndale Road, Wellington Road, and Stanwell Road, or this route in reverse. 

This Order is required to facilitate water utility works for, or on behalf of Affinity Water. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 3 days, between the hours of 8am and 4pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 22 April 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, via road plates, if required, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists.


Yew Tree Road (D144) Witley
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

On 09 April 2025 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of Yew Tree Road (D144) Witley. Alternative Route: Cramhurst Lane, and Gasden Lane, or this route in reverse. 

This Order is required to facilitate water disconnection works for, or on behalf of Thames Water. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 4 days, between the hours of 8am and 6pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 28 April 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists.


Blays Lane (D3123) Englefield Green
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

On 09 April 2025 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Blays Lane (D3123) Englefield Green as extends from its junction with (D3112) Wick Road to its junction with the entrance to the property known as “Blays House”. 

Alternative Route: Wick Road, (A30) London Road, (A328) St Judes Road, Bond Street, and Blays Lane, or this route in reverse. 

This Order is required to facilitate upgrades to gas works for, or on behalf of Sustainable Energy Connections Ltd. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 3 days, between the hours of 8am and 6pm during the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 22 April 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. 

Due to the nature of the works, there will be no vehicular access through the closure, and all traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route. No sole access will be affected by this closure.


Kelvinbrook (D6943) West Molesey
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

On 09 April 2025 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of Kelvinbrook (D6943) West Molesey. 

Alternative Route: Kelvinbrook, New Road, and (A3050) Hurst Road, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate gas mains replacement works for, or on behalf of SGN. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 12 weeks, on a rolling closure, between the hours of 8am and 5pm, within the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 28 April 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. 

It will not be possible to maintain access through the closure for emergency services, residents and businesses and all vehicular traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route.

The Council are satisfied that, in accordance with Section 3(2)(a) and 3(2)(b) of the Act, vehicular access to and from premises within the length of road above, or accessible only therefrom, may be restricted in order to avoid danger to persons or other traffic using the road and/or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising. 


Laburnum Road (D3019) Chertsey
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

On 9 April 2025 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Laburnum Road (D3019) Chertsey which extends from the northwestern property boundary line of No. “15 Laburnum Road” to the northeastern property boundary line of No. “21 Laburnum Road”.

Alternative Route – Laburnum Road (D3019) and Station Road (D3019) or the same route in reverse.

This Order is required to allow BT Openreach to carry out telecom works, which is anticipated to be completed within 1 day, between 8:30am and 3:30pm, during the 12 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 15 April 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access for emergency vehicles, residents, pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times. All other vehicular traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route.


Haste Hill (D5524) & The Common (D5527) Haslemere
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

On 9 April 2025 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of; (a) Haste Hill (D5524) Haslemere which extends from its junction with Petworth Road (B2131) to the southwestern property boundary line of “Wildbank”, (b) The Common (D5527) Haslemere which extends from its junction with Haste Hill (D5524) to its junction with Blackdown Lane (D5527) and; (c) suspend “The Surrey County Council Haste Hill (D5524) Haslemere Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024” in its entirety.

Alternative Route – Scotland Lane (D5524), Blackdown Lane (D5527) and Petworth Road (B2131) or the same route in reverse.

This Order is required to allow BT Openreach to carry out telecom works, which is anticipated to be completed within 1 day, between 9:30am and 3:30pm, during the 12 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 16 April 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access for emergency vehicles, residents, pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times. 

All other vehicular traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route.


Chestnut Way (D681) Bramley
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

On 4 April 20254, Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Chestnut Way (D681) Bramley between a point 22 metres and 55 metres west of its junction with A281 (Birtley Road).

There is no alternative route for this closure.
The Order is required to allow UKPN to facilitate a new electrical connection and all associated works which is anticipated to be completed within 8 days, between 8:00am and 6:00pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 22 April 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access for emergency services, residents, pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times.

Sandy Lane (D99) Guildford
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Sandy Lane (D99) Guildford as extends from its junction with (D99) Littleton Lane to its junction with (X604) The Drive. Alternative Route: Sandy Lane, (A3100) Portsmouth Road, (A3100) Old Portsmouth Road, (B3000) New Pond Road, Stakescorner Road, and Littleton Lane, or this route in reverse.

This Order is required to facilitate underground cabling works for, or on behalf of UKPN. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 5 days, between the hours of 8am and 6pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 05 May 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.

Access for residents, pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. 

All other traffic, including the emergency services will be required to use the signed diversion route.


Vernon Way (D4001) Guildford
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Vernon Way (D4001) Guildford as extends from a point in line with the common boundary between No.10 and No.11 Vernon Way to its junction with (D4001) Roundhill Way. 

Alternative Route: Roundhill Way, Fairfield Rise, Linkway, and Vernon Way, or this route in reverse. 

This Order is required to facilitate essential mains gas works for, or on behalf of SGN. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 5 days, between the hours of 8am and 4pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 12 May 2025.

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access for residents, pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. All other traffic, including the emergency services will be required to use the signed diversion route.


Staines Road and The Broadway (B376) Laleham
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025

Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of; (a) Staines Road (B376) Laleham as extends from its junction at the roundabout with (B376) The Broadway to its junction with (X6633) Cedar Close; (b) The Broadway (B376) Laleham as extends from its junction at the roundabout with (B376) Staines Road to its junction with (X67698) Church Close; (c) The Broadway (B376) Laleham as extends from its junction at the roundabout with (B376) Staines Road to its junction with (D3313) Blacksmiths Lane. 

Alternative Route: (1) (B376) Staines Road, Worple Road, Kingston Road, (B377) Ashford Road, and (B376) The Broadway, or this route in reverse; (2) (B376) Shepperton Road, (B376) Laleham Road, (B3366) Green Lane, (A244) Gaston Bridge Road, (A244) Upper Halliford By-Pass, (A244) Windmill Road, (A308) Staines Road West, (B377) Kingston Road, (B377) Ashford Road, and (B377) The Broadway, or this route in reverse. 

This Order is required to facilitate enlargement of the existing mini roundabout in connection with S278 works for, or on behalf of Careys. 

These works are anticipated to be carried out over 7 weeks, as nightworks, between the hours of 8pm and 5am, within the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 12 May 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. 

Due to the nature of the works, there will be no access through the closure, and all traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route. No sole access will be affected by this closure.


Knowle Lane (D184) Cranleigh
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.1) 2025

Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic (including pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians) from entering or proceeding in that length of; (a) Knowle Lane (D184) Cranleigh as extends from its junction with the access to the property known as “White Meads” to its junction with the access to the property known as “Waterland Cottage”; and (b) Suspend “The Surrey County Council Knowle Lane (D184) Cranleigh Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.2) 2024” insofar as it affects that length of road specified in Part (a) of this Notice. 

Alternative Route: (1) Knowle Lane, (B2128) High Street, (B2128) The Common, (B2130) Elmbridge Road, Alfold Road, (A281) Guildford Road, Wildwood Lane, (A281), and Knowle Lane, or this route in reverse; (2) Footpath 381, Footpath 378, and Footpath 377, or this route in reverse; (3) Bridleway 377, Bridleway 383, and Bridleway 383, or this route in reverse; (4) Footpath 381, and Bridleway 566, or this route in reverse. 

This Order is required to facilitate bridge replacement works for, or on behalf of Surrey County Council. These works are anticipated to be carried out as soon as possible, during the 18-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 05 May 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Due to the nature of the works, there will be no access through the closure, and all traffic will be required to use the signed diversion routes. No sole access will be affected by this closure.


St Peters Way and Guildford Road (A320) Chertsey
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Management Order 2025

Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to; 

(a) prohibit any person from entering or proceeding on foot or by any other means in the lengths of roads specified and described in the Schedule of this Notice; 

(b) impose a 30mph speed limit on the lengths of roads specified and described in the Schedule of this Notice; 

(c) prohibit waiting, loading, and unloading at any time, by vehicles in the lengths of roads specified and described in the Schedule of this Notice; and, 

(d) Suspend “The Surrey County Council A317/A320 St Peters Way, Addlestone (50 Miles Per Hour Speed Limit) Order 2003” made or having effect as if made under Sections 82, 83 and/or 84 of the Act insofar as affects the length of road described in the schedule of this Notice; 

(e) Suspend “Borough of Runnymede (Various Roads) (40 MPH Speed Limit) Order 1981” made or having effect as if made under Sections 82, 83 and/or 84 of the Act insofar as affects the length of road described in the schedule of this Notice. 

This Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to facilitate the A320 HIF Scheme works, and other associated works, which are anticipated to be carried out over multiple phases. 

Works will be carried out as night works, between the hours of 8pm and 6am, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays Only, within the 18-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 14 May 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closures, and restrictions, which are anticipated to be in force 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to a suitable location outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner. For sub-paragraph 

(a) above: Due to the nature of the works, there will be no access while works are in place and all traffic (including pedestrians and cyclists) will be required to use the signed diversion route. 

The Council are satisfied that, in accordance with Section 3(2)(a) and 3(2)(b) of the Act, vehicular access to and from premises within the length of road above, or accessible only therefrom, may be restricted in order to avoid danger to persons or other traffic using the road and/or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising. 

For sub-paragraph (b) above: The speed limit imposed by this Order shall not apply to vehicles used by special forces in accordance with the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011 or in respect of anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or in accordance with any restriction or requirement indicated by traffic signs placed on the road by or on behalf of the Police. 

For sub-paragraph (c) above: Exemptions apply for vehicles when waiting because they are required by law to stop, are obliged to stop in order to prevent an accident or are prevented from proceeding because of circumstances outside the drivers control and in respect of anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or of a civil enforcement officer will apply when the temporary restrictions are in force. (N.B. Disabled persons displaying a disabled blue badge will not be exempt from the temporary waiting restriction).

Schedule
sub-paragraph (a): prohibit any person from entering or proceeding on foot or by any other means in:

(a) that length of St Peters Way (A320) Chertsey as extends from its roundabout with (A320) Guildford Road to its roundabout with (A320) Roundabout Junction 11. Alternative Route: (A320) Roundabout Junction 11, (A317) St Peters Way, (A317) Chertsey Road, (A317) Eastworth Road, (A317) Pyrcroft Road, (A320) Bell Bridge Roundabout, (A320) Bell Bridge Road, and (A320) Guildford Road, or this route in reverse.

(b) that length of Guildford Road (A320) Chertsey as extends from its roundabout with (B3121) Murray Road and (A319) Chobham Road to its roundabout with (A320) Bellbridge Road. Alternative Route: (A320) Guildford Road, (A320) Bell Bridge Road, (A320) Bell Bridge Roundabout, (A317) Pyrcroft Road, (A317) Eastworth Road, (A317) Chertsey Road, (A318) Chertsey Road, (A318) High Street, (B3121) Church Road, (B3121) Spinney Hill, and (B3121) Murray Road, or this route in reverse.

sub-paragraph (b): prohibit vehicles from driving or proceeding at a speed greater than 30 MPH in: 

(c) that length of St Peters Way (A320) Chertsey as extends from its roundabout with (A320) Guildford Road to its roundabout with (A320) Roundabout Junction 11.

(d) that length of Guildford Road (A320) Chertsey as extends from its roundabout with (B3121) Murray Road and (A319) Chobham Road to its roundabout with (D7026) The Knoll.
