Blackburn with Darwen - Parking Restrictions and Loading/Unloading Controls

THE BOROUGH OF BLACKBURN WITH DARWEN

TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT ORDER 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council has made the above Order, the effect of which will be to regulate the waiting and loading/unloading of vehicles as described in Schedules 1 - 7 and with revocations set out in Schedule 8.

Copies of the Order and relevant plans and supporting documents, which will come into force on 14 April 2025, are available for viewing at Blackburn Town Hall and Darwen Town Hall reception.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order, or any provision therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the said Act (as amended), or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 10th April 2025 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
