NOTICE is hereby given that Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit vehicles from driving on the length of road set out in the Schedule below whilst the Order is in force.
During such periods as are indicated by traffic signs informing the public that the road is closed.
The Order is necessary to enable Openreach to undertake civil engineering works in the road.
This Order will come into force on the 28th April 2025 and shall continue in force for 18 months, or until the works are completed whichever is the sooner. It is envisaged the works will take 3 days to complete.
SCHEDULE
Charlesville Place will be closed in its entirety from its junction with The Parade in an easterly direction for 25m along its length.
Access for Emergency services and the public will be maintained.
