NOTICE OF MAKING
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(TENTERFIELD STREET, PRESTON, PRESTON CITY) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 31 March 2025 Lancashire County Council made the above Speed Limit Order under Section 84 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to introduce a 20mph speed limit on Tenterfield Street, Preston, from a point 13.5 metres east of its junction with the centreline of Lawson Street to a point 9 metres south west of its junction with the centreline of Lancaster Road.

This Order will come into force on the 14 April 2025. A copy of the Order, and all other relevant documents may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Preston City Council, PO Box 10, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL, and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
