(City Wide) Order 2025 Amendment Order No.3 2025 – Kirkstall Ward

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Leeds City Council, acting as the Local Traffic Authority and in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 45, 46, 49, 51, 53 & 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (‘the Act’), the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers, proposes to make the above Order, the effect of which will be to. 1. Introduce No Waiting at any Time restrictions in Kirkstall along sections of: Abbeydale Oval & Way; Argie Ave & Rd; Back Beechwood Rd; Back Burley Hill; Back Stanmore Pl & St; Barnbrough St; Beechwood Cres/Mount/Pl/Rd/Terr/Vw; Burdett Terr; Burley Rd; Butcher Hill; Cardigan La; Commercial Rd (A65); Glebe Ave & Pl; Graham Ave; Greenhow Rd & Walk; Hesketh Ave/Mount/Pl/Rd/Terr; Kirkstall Rd (A65); Knowle Rd & Terr; Lumley Ave & Rd; Lumley Rd; Morris Gr/La/Vw; Norman St; Old Oak Dr; & Garth; Park Mount; Queenswood Dr; St Ann’s Ave/La/Mount/Dr/Green/La; Stanmore Cres/Gr/Hill/St/Terr; Station Parade; Talbot Vw; The Village St; Vesper Gr/Mount/Pl/Rd/Terr; Vinery Rd; Woodbridge Close/Garth/Lawn/Pl/Rd & Woodhall Dr. 2. Introduce a Disabled Parking Bay is on the south side of Great Exhibition Way. 3. Amend/Revoke existing Time Limited Waiting restrictions on Great Exhibition Way. Details of the proposals including plans showing the affected lengths of highway and the Council’s Statement of Reasons for the Order are available on request by e-mailing the address below.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Leeds City Council, acting as the Local Traffic Authority and in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 45, 46, 49, 51, 53 & 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (‘the Act’), the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers, proposes to make the above Order, the effect of which will be to introduce: 1. No waiting at any Time restrictions along sections of Darfield Rd; Dolly La; Easterly Rd; Gipton Wood Rd; Gathorne Terr; Gipton St; Lawrence Cres; Montagu Ave; Spencer Mnt; Thorn Dr & Wood Rd. 2. School Keep Clear Road markings restrictions on the NW side of Brander Rd. 3. Time Limited Parking Bays on the north side of Bayswater Grove. 4. Resident Only Parking on the NW side of Cowper Rd. 5 Disabled Parking Bay on the NE side of Karnac Rd.Details of the proposals including plans showing the affected lengths of highway and the Council’s Statement of Reasons for the Order are available on request by e-mailing the address below.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Leeds City Council, acting as the Local Traffic Authority and in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (‘the Act’), the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers, proposes to make the above Order, the effect of which will be within the Chapel Allerton Ward to: 1. Introduce No waiting at any Time restrictions along sections of: Farm Hill North; Harrogate Rd; King George Ave; Montreal Ave; Potternewton La; Stainbeck La; Tynedale Court &,Wensley Ave/Cres/Drive. 2. Introduce Time Limited Waiting Restrictions on Potternewton La. 3. Amend/Revoke existing Time Limited Waiting Restrictions on Stainbeck La & Wensley Cres/Drive. Details of the proposals including plans showing the affected lengths of highway and the Council’s Statement of Reasons for the Order are available on request by e-mailing the address below.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Leeds City Council, acting as the Local Traffic Authority and in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (‘the Act’), the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers, proposes to make the above Order, the effect of which will be within the Morley North Ward to: 1. Introduce No waiting at any Time restrictions along sections of: Asquith Aven & Drive; Busely Court, Elland Rd; Grange Park Ave/Close/Mews/Way; Harwill Ave; Ingle Ave; King St; Marchant Way; Mill La; Moorland Rd; Mozart Way; New Village Way; Old Rd; Station Rd; Town St; Victoria St; Vienna Court; Westwood Side & Winterfell Rd. 2. Amend/Revoke existing Time Limited Waiting Restrictions on Moorlands Rd. Details of the proposals including plans showing the affected lengths of highway and the Council’s Statement of Reasons for the Order are available on request by e-mailing the address below.
