I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:
27 Kensington Gardens Whitley Bay – APPLICATION NO: 25/00408/FULH
Mr & Mrs Gary Doig is applying for planning permission for Single storey rear extension.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
11 Percy Gardens Cottages Tynemouth – APPLICATION NO: 25/00448/FULH
Mr Shaun Cassells is applying for planning permission for Dormer to side of property.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
