Northumberland, Temporary Road Closures Due To Carriageway Resurfacing & Associated Works
What is happening?
NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14(1) C307 PARK LANE, BARDON MILL AND C307 PARK LANE TO TWICE BREWED BARDON MILL (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the following sections of roads in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 28th April 2025 until the 25th July 2025. Road Closures:
- C307 Park Lane, Bardon Mill for its entire length of 1762 metres
- C307 Park Lane To Twice Brewed, Bardon Mill for its entire length of 1569 metres
It is expected that the roads will only be closed from the 28th April 2025 until the 12th May 2025 between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 25th July 2025.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via the B6318, C312 and vice-versa.

The closure has been requested by Northumberland County Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated works. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
