ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

(BOGGART LANE, SOWERBY BRIDGE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Future Network Solutions have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Boggart Lane from Sowerby Croft Lane to Bank Road for a distance of approximately 211 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Sowerby Croft Lane, Scar Head Road, Bank Road. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 14th April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 15th April 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00.

(GOOSE NEST LANE, NORLAND)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Spectrum Comms Solutions Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Goose Nest Lane from its junction with Hob Lane to side of no. 2 Goose Nest Lane for a distance of approximately 70 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via unaffected part of Goose Nest Lane, Long Lane, Watson Mill Lane, Sowerby Croft Lane, Harper Royd Lane, Hob Lane and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 14th April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 19th April 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(SOWERBY CROFT LANE, SOWERBY BRIDGE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Future Network Solutions have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Sowerby Croft Lane from its junction with Boggart Lane to Spark

House Lane for a distance of approximately 254 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Spark House Lane, Boggart Lane, Holmes Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 14th April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 15th April 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00.

(GRATRIX LANE, SOWERBY BRIDGE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by S9 Communications Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Gratrix Lane from its junction with Bolton Brow to No. 4 Gratrix Lane for a distance of approximately 50 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Upper Bolton Brow, Park Road, unaffected part of Gratrix Lane and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 15th April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 17th April 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(STAUPS LANE, HALIFAX)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Staups Lane from No. 14 to No. 32 for a distance of approximately 20 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via Godley Lane, Kell Lane. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 15th April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 15th April 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00.

(HIGHLANDS LANE, ILLINGWORTH)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Highlands Lane from No. 1 to No. 3 for a distance of approximately 2.6 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via unaffected part of Highlands Lane, Whitehill Road, Moor Bottom Road. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 17th April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 18th April 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(JAGGER GREEN LANE, HOLYWELL GREEN)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Rapid Response Telecoms have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Jagger Green Lane from outside Towngate House to outside The

Barn for a distance of approximately 160 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Station Road, Stainland Road, Green Lane, Clay Pit Lane, New Hey Road, Swan Lane, New Road. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 17th April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 17th April 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 18:00.

(LOWER EDGE ROAD, ELLAND)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Peter Duffy Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Lower Edge Road from its junction with Thirlmere Avenue to Grasmere Drive for a distance of approximately 90 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Lower Edge Road, Whitwell Green Lane, B6114, New Hey Road, Deer Hill and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 17th April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 17th April 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:30 & 15:30.

(COCK HILL LANE, SHELF)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Spectrum Comms Solutions Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Cock Hill Lane from its junction with Cross Lane to Weavers

Cottage for a distance of approximately 70 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point.

The alternative route is via Cross Lane, A644, West Street and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 28th April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 2nd May 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(HIGHAM AND DOB LANE, SOWERBY BRIDGE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Future Network Solutions intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Higham and Dob Lane from No. 5 to No. 2 for a distance of approximately 849 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Dob Lane, Well Head Lane, Back Rigging Lane, Mirey Lane, Steep Lane, and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 28th April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 28th April 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 8:00 & 17:00.

(PEXWOOD ROAD, TODMORDEN)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Chevron Traffic Management intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Pexwood Road from its junction with Bacup Road to No.42 for a distance of approximately 375 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. Access will be maintained as and when required It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 28th April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 29th April 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 8:00 & 17:00.

(STUBBING LANE, TRIANGLE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Spectrum Comms Solutions Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Stubbing Lane from its junction with Rochdale Road to Sandy Dyke Lane for a distance of approximately 120 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via Rochdale Road, Oak Hill,

Sandy Dyke Lane and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 28th April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 30h April 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(CENTRAL PARK, HALIFAX)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Sunbelt Rentals Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Central Park from No. 20 to No. 23 for a distance of approximately 45 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 29th April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 1st May 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:00 & 17:00.

(FOOTPATH TODMORDEN 189, TODMORDEN)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by CVCLT Enterprise Limited and Connect Housing Association Limited intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Footpath Todmorden 189 from its junction with Windsor Road to Ferney Lee Road for a distance of approximately 148 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to persons carrying out works on or near the footpath. The alternative route is via Harehill Street, Burnley Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 29th April 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 31st July 2026. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
