What is happening?

(PROHIBITION OF RIGHT TURN) ORDER 20**
Staffordshire County Council propose to make a Traffic Regulation Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 to prevent a vehicle travelling in a north eastern direction along Wood End lane, Hilliards Cross slip road off A38 from making a right turn into Wood End Lane, Hilliards Cross. Documents may be examined during opening hours at Staffordshire Place 1, Tipping Street, Stafford, ST16 2DH and at Lichfield Library, The Guild of St Mary’s Centre, Market Square, Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS13 6LG or via https://consultation.appyway.com/lichfield. Comments can be sent via the link above or in writing to: Traffic and Network Management, 3rd Floor, Staffordshire Place 1, Tipping Street, Stafford, ST16 2DH no later than 30/04/25 quoting reference D1259D and stating the grounds on which they are made.
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 –
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 01/04/25 made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along:
Shortbutts Ln, Lichfield. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=141776796. The Order will come into operation on 15/04/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 15/04/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the frame and cover replacement, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along:
Newlands Ln, Newlands. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=142172417. The Order will come into operation on 29/04/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed on the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pole renewal works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
Hollow Ln, Colton. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=142053134. The Order will come into operation on 02/05/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 02/05/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the pole renewal works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
Old Hednesford Rd, Cannock. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=142039998. The Order will come into operation on 26/4/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 3/5/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the vegetation and tree removal and brickwork repairs, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
