TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS ADDISON ROAD, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Addison Road for its full length.
The Order will come into effect on 00.01 hours on Monday 14th April 2025 and is required to allow Severn Trent to renew a defective water chamber on the said road.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by Monday 14th April 2025.
The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.
Diversion(s) for vehicular traffic will be as signed on site.
Exemptions will be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(d) local vehicular access to Addison Road.
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS SANDY LANE, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering, proceeding along Sandy Lane from its junction with St Nicholas Street to its junction with Ellys Road.
The Order will come into effect from 00:01 hours on Thursday 17th April 2025 and is required for allow access chamber repair works on the highway to take place safely.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by 23:59 hours on Thursday 17th April 2025.
The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.
Diversions for vehicular traffic will be as signed on site.
Exemptions will be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works
(d) local vehicular access to Sandy Lane
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY PARKING & TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS
LONG LANE AND BROWNSHILL GREEN ROAD, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering, proceeding along Long Lane for its full length and Brownshill Green Road from its junction with Long Lane to the entrance of Coventry Garden Centre.
The Order will come into effect at 07:00 hours on Monday, 14 April 2025 and is required to enable pedestrian crossing, footway and cycling facilities installation works on Long Lane and Brownshill Green Road to take place safely. The Works will be carried out in two phases namely:-
Phase 1 – Brownshill Green Road from its junction with Long Lane to the entrance of Coventry Garden Centre aprrox 40m in total. Works on site from 14th April to 19th May.
Phase 2 – Long Lane for its Full Length. Works on site from 19th May to 3rd June.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by 3 June 2025.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the closure will be sign posted on site.
Exemptions will be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(d) reasonable local vehicular access to Long Lane and Brownshill Green Road.
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

REDESDALE AVENUE, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering, proceeding along Redesdale Avenue from its junction with Evenlode Crescent to its junction with Batsford Road.
The Order will come into effect at 07:00 hours on Tuesday, 15 April 2025 and is required to enable hydrant renewal works on Redesdale Avenue to take place safely.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by 17 April 2025.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the closure will be sign posted on site.
Exemptions will be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(d) reasonable local vehicular access to Redesdale Avenue.
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS
OLD CHURCH ROAD, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Old Church Road commencing from its junction with Bell View Way and continuing to its junction with Bell Green Road.
The Order would come into effect at 00.01 hours on Tuesday 22nd April 2025 and is required to allow for civils work & installation of new telecom cabinets on the said road.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by Thursday 24th April 2025.
The specific closure times would apply as the signage indicates on site.
Diversion(s) for vehicular traffic would be as signed on site.

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering, proceeding along Nightingale Lane commencing outside of property number 24 and continuing to its junction with Bates Road.
The Order would come into effect from 00:01 hours on Monday 21st April 2025 and is required to allow Severn Trent reinstatement works on the highway to take place safely.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by 23:59 hours on Tuesday 22nd April 2025.
The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding along Canberra Road for its full length.
The Order would come into effect at 07:00 hours on Thursday, 24 April 2025 and is required to enable defective wastewater chamber repair works on Canberra Road to take place safely.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed 24 April 2025.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the closure would be sign posted on site.
Exemptions would be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency;

TEMPORARY PARKING & TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS ALMOND TREE AVENUE, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to:
(a) prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering, proceeding along Almond Tree Avenue at the junction of Hillmorton Road, when prescribed signs are displayed. The road will be closed or restricted on a number of occasions for the various durations;
(b) prohibit pedestrians from, entering or proceeding along the footpaths between Almond Tree Avenue and Hillmorton Road, when prescribed signs are displayed.
The Order would come into effect at 07:00 hours on Friday, 18 April 2025 and is required to enable cycleway installation and associated works on Almond Tree Avenue to take place safely.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed 13 June 2025.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the closure would be sign posted on site.
Exemptions would be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(d) reasonable local vehicular access to Almond Tree Avenue.
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
