Proposed Order: To close that part of U41600 Celvestune Way from its junction with U41644 Stalls Farm Rd to its junction with U41618 Padgewell Hill.

Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC.

Alternative route: U41600 Old Coach Rd, B4090 Worcester Rd, U41601 Alexander Rd, U41609 Blake Ave, U41600 Celvestune Way (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days.

Commencing: 2 May 2025.

(U22205 Bentley Lane, Upper Bentley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of U22205 Bentley Ln from its junction with C2079 Wallhouse to its junction with U22204 Pumphouse Ln.

Reason: Drainage work for flood alleviation by WCC.

Alternative route: C2079 Wallhouse, C2033 Tyrells Ln, U22201 High Elms Ln, U22202 Lower Bentley Ln, U22203 Black Lake Ln, U22205 Manor Rd, U22205 Bentley Ln (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days.

Commencing: 6 May 2025.

Closure 2 — Link Footpath F40185 Colford Close (between no. 17/18) from its junction with C2254 Ombersley Way to its junction with U41656 Colford Cl.

Closure 3 — Link Footpath F40185 Colford Close (between no. 23/32) from its junction with

C2254 Ombersley Way to its junction with U41656 Colford Cl.

Closure 4 — Link Footpath F40185 Colford Close (between no. 31/24) from its junction with U41656 Colford Cl for its entire length.

Reason: Footway Reconstruction by WCC.

Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 34 days (24hrs).

(A4133 High Park Roundabout North side & South side, Droitwich Spa) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of Closure 1: A4133 High Park roundabout (North side) from its junction with A38 Roman Way Northbound entrance slip road from A4133 High Park roundabout to its junction with A38 Roman Way Southbound exit slip road. Closure 2: A4133 High Park roundabout (South side) from its junction with A38 Roman Way Southbound entrance slip road from A4133 High Park roundabout to its junction with A38 Roman Way Northbound exit slip to A4133 High Park roundabout.

Reason: Bridgework maintenance by WCC. No access for emergency services diversion route must be followed.

Alternative route: Closure 1: A4133 High Park roundabout (North side) – A38 Roman Way (Northbound), A38 Westlands roundabout, A38 Roman Way (Southbound). Closure 2: A4133 High Park roundabout (South side) – A38 Roman Way (Southbound), A38 Outer Relief Road roundabout, A38 Roman Way (Northbound).

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 15 nights (20:00 – 06:00).

Commencing: 1 May 2025.

(Link Footpath F20045 High Meadows (between No.s 5/7), Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of Link Footpath F20045 High Meadows (between No.s 5/7) from its junction with U21118 High Meadows for its entire length.

Reason: Footway Reconstruction by WCC.

Alternative route: U21118 High Meadows and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days.

Commencing: 14 April 2025.

Order made: To close that part of U21233 Crabtree Lane from its junction with U21215 Broad Street to its junction with U21238 Church Road.

Reason: Utility works by Nexfibre Networks Limited.

Alternative route: Diversion 1 – U21233 Crabtree Lane (part), U21242 Willow Road, U21240 New Road, U21238 Church Road and vice versa. Diversion 2 – U21241 Willow Gardens, U21238 Church Road, U21240 New Road, U21242 Willow Road, U21233 Crabtree Lane (part) and vice versa. Diversion 3 – U21215 Broad Street, U21226 Providence Road, U21226 The Flats, U21219, Sandlettge Lane, B4091 Stourbridge Road, A448 Market Street, U21233 Church Street, U21233 Crabtree Lane (part) and vice versa.

Order made: To close that part of C2174 Hewell Road from its junction with B4120 Bittel Road to its junction with U23260 Greenbank.

Reason: Replacement gas main by Cadent Gas.

(C2149 B4090 Hanbury Road to Broughton Green, Hanbury) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of C2149 B4090 Hanbury Road to Broughton Green from its junction with B4090 Droitwich Road to its junction with C2149 Harmans Hill.

Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC.

Alternative route: C2149 Harmans Hill, C2150 Goosehill Lane to Earls Common, C2080 Goosehill Lane, B4090 Droitwich Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 10 April 2025 and 25 April 2025.

(U21217 Middleton Road, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U21217 Middleton Road from its junction with U21216 Orchard Road to its junction with U21215 Broad Street.

Reason: Dropped kerb for new vehicle crossing by WCC.

Alternative route: U21217 Middleton Road (part), U21216 Orchard Road, B4091 Stourbridge Road, U21215 Broad Street, U21217 Middleton Road (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day between 10 April 2025 and 11 April 2025.

(U20002 Fockbury Road, Dodford) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U20002 Fockbury Road from its junction with U20007 Alfreds Well for a distance of 80 metres in a southerly direction.

Reason: New customer connection by Severn Trent Water.

Alternative route: U21003 Cockshutt Lane, U21204 Snakes Lake Lane, U21204 Fockbury Mill Lane, U21000 Perryfields Road, A448 Kidderminster Road, U20002 Fockbury Road (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs).

Commencing: 14 April 2025.

(U21000 Whitford Road, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U21000 Whitford Road from its junction with A448 Kidderminster Road for a distance of 140 metres in a southerly direction.

Reason: Remedial works by Severn Trent Water.

Alternative route: A448 Kidderminster Road, B4091 Hanover Street, B4091 Worcester Road, U21000 Fox Lane, U21000 Whitford Road (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (24hrs).

Commencing: 15 April 2025.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)

(Footpaths BB-672, Belbroughton & BN-515, Bournheath) (Temporary Closure Order) 2025

Order made: To close Footpaths BB-672, Belbroughton & BN-515, Bournheath for their entire lengths.

The Order has been made due to construction related to Severn Trent apparatus.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: (clockwise) U20203 Mill Lane, BB-674 in Belbroughton, BN-516 in Bournheath, BN-513 in Bournheath and vice versa.

The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months continuing on from 19 March 2025.

(Various Roads, Catshill) (Restricted Roads and 40 mph Speed Limit) Order 2002 and (Various Roads, Catshill) (Proposal and Revocation) (30 mph and 40 mph Speed Limit) Order 2025

On 27 March 2025 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to extend the 30mph speed limit and update the 40mph speed limit on the following lengths of roads in Catshill:

B4091 (Stourbridge Road): from a point 125 metres north of its junction with Keith Winter Close in a northerly direction to a point 170 metres south of its junction with C2062 (Rocky Lane).

There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 17 April 2025.

(U21065 Warwick Avenue (Footway), Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of the left footway on U21065 Warwick Ave from its junction with C2164 Stoke Rd for a distance of 60 metres in a northerly direction.

Reason: (Brep Scheme) Carriageway/footway construction and associated work by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U21065 Warwick Ave to Stoke Rd (via bridge), A38 Stoke Rd to Charford Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 184 days (24hrs) continuing from 4 April 2025.
