Temporary Closure of Kingston Road

Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Kingston Road - from the junction with Corkscrew Lane to the junction with Greenway. A total distance of 3047 metres. This Order will enable Wales & West Utilities to replace gas mains.

The Order becomes effective on 24th April 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 28th April 2025 and last until 24th September 2025 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 150 days.
