Ladypool Road, Sparkbrook & Balsall Heath East - Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic For Works
What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 (AS AMENDED) SECTION 14(2)
(LADYPOOL ROAD, SPARKBROOK & BALSALL HEATH EAST – 7935905) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prevent any vehicle from proceeding along Ladypool Road, between its junction with Studley Street and its junction with Highgate Road.
The temporary Order is required to enable Section 50 Sewer Connection Works in safety.
An alternative route for vehicles affected by this Order will be signed on site.
Access to frontages will be maintained as necessary.
These prohibitions shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
The Order will come into operation on Monday 21st April 2025 and will remain in force for a period of 20 weeks or until the works are completed whichever is the earlier.
