C95 Sea View to Warkworth - Temporary Road Closure

C95 SEA VIEW SHILBOTTLE TO WARKWORTH SHILBOTTLE
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER NUMBER 3 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C95 Sea View Shilbottle to Warkworth Shilbottle for a distance of 70 metres, 35 metres either side of the level crossing in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 15th April 2025 until the 17th April 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed on the following dates:
15th April 2025 until the 16th April 2025 between the hours of 23:00 until 06:00 during this period.
16th April 2025 until the 17th April 2025 between the hours of 23:00 until 06:00 during this period.
The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the C95, U3030, U3029 and vice-versa.

The closure has been requested by Chevron TM on behalf of Network Rail to lift out the level crossing to allow tamper to work through the area.
