(DISABLED PERSONS PARKING PLACES AND WAITING RESTRICTIONS) (P064-24 Part B) ORDER 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Portsmouth City Council proposes to make the above Order, the effect of which would be:
A) TO INTRODUCE DISABLED PERSONS’ PARKING BAYS (MINIMUM 5-METRE LENGTH) IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:
Only vehicles displaying a Blue Badge or relevant permit issued by the Council may park at the above locations.

B) To reduce the length of the No Waiting at Any Time Restrictions on the west side of Hayling Avenue to accommodate installation of a Disabled Bay outside No.156

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks from the date of the Order, make application for this purpose to the High Court.
