What is happening?

TRAFFIC ORDER

NOTICE is hereby given that on 17/03/2025 the Council made The Angus Council (Surface Dressing at Various Locations)(Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Waiting) Order 2025 under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 so that patching and surface dressing works may be undertaken. The Order will come into force on 14 April 2025 from which date it is anticipated that the work will last for a period of 23 weeks. However, the maximum duration in terms of the Act is 18 months. The effect of the Order is to prohibit the driving and waiting of vehicles on various lengths of roads in Angus. Access for pedestrians and emergency vehicles will be maintained at all times.
