TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING & LOADING
Easwald Bank, Kilbarchan
The Renfrewshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby gives notice that, because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads, no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven or cause or permit any vehicle (except works vehicles) to wait or load on the following length of road in the town of Kilbarchan in the Unitary Authority of Renfrewshire:
Easwald Bank, Kilbarchan – Full Street.
Please note, this notice will cover the full street of Easwald Bank to carry out Street Lighting Upgrades.
Only one location will be in progress at a time, and this will be indicated where the TTRO is displayed.
Reason for Restriction: Street Lighting Upgrades
Vehicles left on the road in contravention of this Notice will be moved out of the works area.

This notice will be in force from Friday
11th April 2025 to Friday 11th July 2025.
This notice will only be effective when so displayed by signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations & General Directions 2016.
