(Consolidation) Order 2010) (Friston Walk Amendment) Order 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that WSCC made a permanent Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to introduce lengths of prohibition of waiting at all times (double yellow lines) on both sides of Friston Walk in and around the junction with Ifield Drive and on the south-west side of Friston Walk from Ifield Drive north-westwards for a distance of 70 M.
The Order will come into operation on 14 April 2025
Paper copies of documents will not be available to view in council offices or libraries. People without access to a computer who wish to have a copy of the Order should telephone the WSCC Contact Centre on 01243 642105 to receive a copy by post.
Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act, or on the grounds that any requirements of the act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within 6 weeks from 9 April 2025, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
