Ferry Road, Renfrew
The Renfrewshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby gives notice that, because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads, no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven or cause or permit any vehicle (except works vehicles) to wait or load on the following length of road in the town of Renfrew in the Unitary Authority of Renfrewshire:
Ferry Road, Renfrew – From the junction of Meadowside Street/King’s Inch Road to the junction of Campbell Street.
Reason for Restriction: Scottish Water Work
Vehicles left on the road in contravention of this Notice will be moved out of the works area. Emergency access will be maintained. Access to premises will be maintained where possible.
Alternative Routes: Meadowside Street, King’s Inch Road, Andrew Avenue, Station Road and Ferry Road. Canal Street, Station Road, Andrew Avenue and King’s Inch Road.
This notice will be in force from Monday 28th April 2025 to Sunday 07th September 2025.
This notice will only be effective when so displayed by signs in accordance with The Traffic Signs Regulations & General Directions 2016.
