EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Bridgend, Stewarton) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2025
On 08 April 2025 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above- named Order to allow Scottish Water Works.
Temporary Road Closure – Bridgend, Stewarton
From Springwell Place for a distance of approx 70m. The Order commences on 22 April 2025 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 22 April 2025 at 08:00 with the closure remaining in place until 13 May 2025 at 18:00. The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Access for Emergency Services, residents and deliveries’ out-with the working zone will be main-tained via diversion route.
An alternative route will be signed via Springwell Place, High Street, Main Street, Vennel Street and vice versa.
EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Glebe Road, Kilmarnock) (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2025
On 08 April 2025 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Scottish Water Works.
No Waiting At Any Time - Glebe Road, Kilmarnock From No.44 to No.42 for 30m both sides of road.
The Order commences on 21 April 2025 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 21 April 2025 at 08:00 with the restrictions remaining in place until 29 April 2025 at 23:59. Days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.

(Kirk Glebe, Stewarton) (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2025
On 8th April 2025 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow Scottish Water Works
No Waiting At Any Time - Kirk Glebe, Stewarton
From the junction of Lainshaw Street for a distance of approx 60m into Kirk Glebe both sides of the road. The Order commences on 28 April 2025 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 28 April 2025 at 08:00 with the restrictions remaining in place until 19 December 2025 at 18:00. Days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(C74, Coylton) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2025
On 03 April 2025 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above- named Order, to allow Carriageway resurfacing works.
Temporary Road Closure – C74, Coylton, For approx 1400m. The Order commences on 22 April 2025 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 22 April 2025 at 08:00 until 02 May 2025 at 17:00.
The road is expected to be closed between 08:00 and 17:00 each day with it being open out-with these times.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedes-trians’ out-with the working zone will be maintainedwhen possible and safe to do so.
An alternative route will be signed via Diversion via B742 towards the A713 and turn right, head on the A713 towards Ayr and take the third exit from the roundabout. Stay on the A77 towards Holmston Roundabout and take the third exit onto the A70 towards Coylton. Take the right turn onto the C74 and continue to MacNairston and return
SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(B742, Dalrymple) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2025
On 3rd April 2025 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above- named Order, to allow Carriageway resurfacing works
Temporary Road Closure – B742, Dalrymple, From B7045 Junction South West Of The Beeches to East Gate Lodge Access Road, approx. 1800m.
The Order commences on 22 April 2025 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 22 April 2025 at 08:00 until 02 May 2025 at 17:00.
The road is expected to be closed between 08:00 and 17:00 each day with it being open out-with these times.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained when possible and safe to do so.
An alternative route will be signed via Diversion for non high sided vehicles via turn right onto the B7045 to the junction of the A77 and turn right, continue on the A77 until the junction of the B7034 and turn right towards Dalrymple and continue until the junction of the B742 and turn right to closure point and return.
High sided vehicles will continue on the B742 to the B77 and turn left towards Maybole, continue to the roundabout of the A77 and take the second exit and continue towards Minishant, at the junction of the B7034 turn right and head back towards Dalrymple turning right onto the B742 and continue to closure point and return.
