Ar 17 Chwefror 2025, cytunodd Cyngor Sir Ddinbych rybudd brys mewn perthynas â’r llwybr troed uchod, ac mae angen ei weithredu gyda Gorchymyn Cau Dros Dro llawn i ddiogelu’r cyhoedd oherwydd gwaith adeiladu. Bydd y Gorchymyn yn gwahardd unrhyw gerddwr rhag defnyddio Llwybr troed Cyhoeddus 48 yng Nghymuned Prestatyn, o’r Promenad â’r Cyfeirnod Grid o OS SJ E 303732 N 382756 i bwynt ar Green Lanes â’r Cyfeirnod Grid o OS SJ E 303774 N 382633.
Y rheswm dros gau yw hwyluso diogelwch y cyhoedd wrth ystod y gwaith o adeiladu llwybr troed newydd.
Bydd llwybrau eraill yn cael eu dangos ar y cynllun a fydd yn ynghlwm i’r hysbysiad ar y safle.
Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 14 Ebrill 2025, bydd yn para tan tua 9 Mai 2025, mae gan y gorchymyn gyfnod gweithredu o chwe mis.

**TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER
DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(2)
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS ORDER
PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 48 PRESTATYN COMMUNITY.
On 17th February 2025, Denbighshire County Council issued an Emergency notice in respect of the above public footpath, which it was found necessary to extend and follow up with a full Temporary Closure Order, which prohibits any pedestrian from proceeding along Public Footpath 48 in the Community of Prestatyn, running from the Promenade at OS Grid Reference SJ E 303732 N 382756 to a point on Green Lanes at OS Grid Reference SJ E 303774 N 382633.
The reason for the closure is to facilitate public safety during the construction of a new and improved footpath.
Alternative Routes will be shown on the plan that will be attached to the notice on site.
The Order comes into force on 14th April 2025 the closure will last approximately until 9th May 2025, the order made has a life-span of six months.
