Shirley Lane, Rodsley Lane, Yeaveley Lane - Temporary Road Closure For Carriageway Parching Works
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE SHIRLEY LANE, RODSLEY LANE, YEAVELEY LANE, RODSLEY
WHEN: 15 April 2025 (between 07:00 to 18:00).
WHERE: Shirley Lane, Rodsley Lane and Yeaveley Lane at the 4 way junction.
REASON: To facilitate carriageway patching.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Wyaston Road, Main Road, Quilow Lane, Moor Lane, Church Lane, Derby Road, A52, Hall Lane, Shirley Lane, Main Street, Hoargate Lane, Long Lane, Leapley Lane and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will reopen as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.

The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
