TEMPORARY CLOSING OF FOOTPATH HEMEL HEMPSTEAD 50
& HEMEL HEMPSTEAD 131
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council have made an Order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit pedestrians from using that length of Footpath Hemel Hempstead 50 & Hemel Hempstead 131, heading west and south from Buncefield Lane, for an approximate distance of 180 & 350m.
Alternative route: via Breakspear Way and Buncefield Lane The purpose of the Order is to enable drainage works to take place. The section of Footpath will be closed on or after 08 April 2025 for up to 6 months, when signs are in place.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PULLER ROAD, HEMEL HEMPSTEAD) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Puller Road, Hemel Hempstead from a point in line with the southern boundary of No.30 Puller Road north westwards for a distance of approximately 16m (“the Road”).
An alternative route will be via Puller Road, St Johns Road, Cowper Road, Grosvenor Terrace and Puller Road.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 28 April 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF GREEN LANE, HEMEL HEMPSTEAD) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of
Green Lane, Hemel Hempstead from its junction with the Boundary Way roundabout southwards and south westwards to its junction with the A414 Breakspear Way roundabout, a distance of approximately 408m (“the Road”).
An alternative route will be via Boundary Way, Three Cherry Trees Lane, Swallowdale Lane, A4147 Maylands Avenue and A414 Breakspear Way.
The Order is needed because drainage and duck crossing works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 24 April 2025 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. RESTRICTONS IN CHIPPERFIELD ROAD, KINGS LANGLEY AND
LANGLEY ROAD/CHAPEL CROFT, CHIPPERFIELD) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Chipperfield Road, Kings Langley and Langley Road/Chapel Croft,
Chipperfield from a point 499m south west of its junction with Langley Hill south westwards to its junction with Tower Hill, a distance of approximately 800m (“the length of Roads”), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Chipperfield Road, Vicarage Lane,
A4251 (Hemel Hempstead Road/London Road), B4505 (Box Lane/ Hempstead Road), High Street, Chipperfield Road and Tower Hill. ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of Roads whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the length of Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 28 April 2025 for a

(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT MEASURES ON VARIOUS
ROADS AND FOOTPATH IN TRING AND HEMEL HEMPSTEAD)
ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads (“the Roads”), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of Parsonage Close, Tring from its junction with Dunston Hill north eastwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
2. that length of Deans Close, Tring from its junction with Deans Furlong north eastwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
3. that length of The Driftway, Hemel Hempstead from its junction with Sawyers Way south westwards, south eastwards and north eastwards for its entire length.

ADDITIONALLY all pedestrians are prohibited from using the footpath situated to the rear of Nos.75-89 Sawyers Way, Hemel Hempstead from its junction with Newfield Lane south eastwards to its junction with the Driftway, a distance of approximately 107 metres.
An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the east side of Newfield Lane, the footway situated on the south side of Sawyers Way and the footway situated on the west side of The Driftway.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads and footpath.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 14 April 2025 for a period of up to 6 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads and Footpath.

Ledgemore Lane, Great Gaddesden from its junction with B440 Leighton Buzzard Road north eastwards, north westwards and north eastwards to its junction with Gaddesden Row, a distance of approximately 2596m (“the Road”), except for access. An alternative route will be via B440 Leighton Buzzard Road, Red Lion Lane and Gaddesden Row.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Newford Close, Hemel Hempstead from its junction with Wood Lane End south eastwards for a distance of approximately 53m (“the Road”), except for access.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE FOOTPATH SITUATED BETWEEN NO.10 AND NO.11 MILL GARDENS, TRING) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedestrians from using the footpath situated between No.10 and No.11 Mill Gardens, Tring from its junction with Mill Gardens south westwards for a distance of approximately 33m (“the Footpath”).
An alternative route will be via the footway situated on the west and south sides of Mill Gardens, the footway situated on the north west side of B486 Brook Street, Tring Town Public Footpath No.039, Tring Town Public Footpath No.041 and the footpath situated on the west side of No.11 and No.12 Mill Gardens. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Footpath.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 14 April 2025 for a period of up to 6 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Footpath.

(RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 2024
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (1984 Act) to introduce new waiting restrictions as specified in the Schedules to this Notice. The Order will come into effect on Monday 28 April 2025.
Documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order may be viewed from 9 April 2025 to 21 May 2025 during office hours at Main Reception, County Hall, Hertford or online at www.hertfordshire.gov.uk/trafficorders by selecting Dacorum and looking at Ref: D01424.

SCHEDULE 1: No waiting at any time – those sections of road listed below and as set out in the Order and scheme plan – Parts of Stocks Road, Trooper Road, Toms Hill Road and Station Road.
SCHEDULE 2: No waiting 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Saturday – that section of road listed below and as set out in the Order and scheme plan – Part of Stocks Road.
