What is happening?
CITY OF WESTMINSTER CARLTON VALE AND RANDOLPH AVENUE THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (ESTATE PARKING) (OFF-STREET) (NO. 1) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 202*
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Westminster City Council proposes to make the above Order under sections 32, 35 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Order would be to introduce residents’ parking permit charges to the No. 47 Carlton Vale and No. 227 Randolph Avenue housing areas as set out in the Schedule to this Notice.
3. The proposed Order and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection until six weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order at https://westminstertransportationservices.co.uk/estateparking and, in person by appointment only, at Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP, between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays (except bank/public holidays).

4. General queries about existing permits should be directed to the Council’s Housing Services on 0800 358 3783. If you should require paper copies of the consultation documents, any reasonable adjustment to participate in the consultation, or further information, please contact the Council’s agents, WSP, by telephone on (020) 3116 5939 or by email at tmo.westminster@wsp.com.
5. Any objections or other representations about the proposals should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, WSP Traffic Order Team, 3rd Floor, WSP House, 70 Chancery Lane, London, WC2A 1AF, or by email to tmo.westminster@wsp.com quoting reference 8138/HWB, by 30th April 2025. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
