Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Gwaharddiadau a Chyfyngiadau Stopio, Aros, Llwytho a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) (Cydgrynhoi) 2024 (Diwygiad Rhif 48) Gorchymyn 2025

Rhoddir rhybudd trwy hyn bod Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd, ar 4 Ebrill 2025 ac wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y'i diwygiwyd) a'r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, wedi gwneud y gorchymyn rheoleiddio traffig a enwir uchod a fydd yn diwygio cyfeirnod teilsen fap S37 i’ch atal rhag aros ar unrhyw adeg ar y darnau o Ffordd Ddienw, Trowbridge oddi ar Heol Crucywel (a adwaenid gynt fel Ffordd Fynediad Canolfan Gymunedol Llaneirwg).

i) Ar ochr y gogledd-orllewin o’r gyffordd â Heol Crucywel am 23 metr i’r de-orllewin.

ii) Ar ochr y gogledd-orllewin o bwynt 40 metr i’r de-orllewin o’r gyffordd â Heol Crucywel am 43 metr i’r de-orllewin.

iii) Ar ochr y gogledd-orllewin o bwynt 80 metr i'r de-orllewin o'r gyffordd â Heol Crucywel, am 33 metr i'r de-orllewin. Ar ochr y de-ddwyrain o'r gyffordd â Heol Crucywel, ar ei hyd cyfan (gan gynnwys y pen troi) (ac eithrio'r maes parcio heb ei fabwysiadu).

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 11 Ebrill 2025 neu ar y dyddiad y caiff y llinellau a’r arwyddion angenrheidiol eu gosod ar y safle, pa bynnag un sydd hwyraf.

Os ydych am gwestiynu darpariaethau neu ddilysrwydd y Gorchymyn ar y sail nad ydynt o fewn y pwerau a ddyfarnwyd gan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, neu ar y sail na chydymffurfiwyd ag unrhyw un o ofynion y Ddeddf, neu unrhyw offeryn a wnaed dan y Ddeddf, mewn perthynas â’r Gorchymyn, gallwch, o fewn chwe wythnos i 4 Ebrill 2025 wneud cais i’r Uchel Lys at y diben hwn.

New Traffic Order
For The City And County Of Cardiff

The County Council of The City and County of Cardiff (Prohibitions and Restrictions of Stopping, Waiting, Loading and Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2024 (Amendment No.48) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that on the 4th April 2025 the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers, made the above named traffic regulation order, the general effect of which to amend map tile reference S37 to prevent you from waiting at any time along the length of Unnamed Road Trowbridge situated off Crickhowell Road (Formerly known as St Mellons Community Centre Access Road)

i) On its north west side from its junction with Crickhowell Road, for a distance of 23 metres south west.

ii) On its north west side from a point 40 metres south west of its junction with Crickhowell Road, for a distance of 43 metres south west.

iii) On its north west side from a point 80 metres south west of its junction with Crickhowell Road, for a distance of 33 metres south west. On its south east side from its junction with Crickhowell Road, throughout its length (including the turning head) (excluding the unadopted parking area).

The Order will come into operation on the 11th April 2025 or on the date that the necessary lines and signs are placed on site, whichever is the later.

The Council welcomes correspondence in English and Welsh and we will ensure that we communicate with you in the language of your choice, whether that’s English, Welsh or bilingual as long as you let us know which you prefer. 

Corresponding in Welsh will not lead to any delay. 

This document is available in Welsh/Mae’r ddogfen hon ar gael yn Gymraeg. If you wish to question the Order provisions or validity on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the ground that any requirement of, or any instrument made under the Act, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the 4th April 2025 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
