SOUTHEND-ON-SEA CITY COUNCIL

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF STOPPING, WAITING, LOADING, UNLOADING AND PARKING) (TTO 2332) ORDER 2025

(ARLINGTON ROAD, WOODGRANGE DRIVE, BRISTOL ROAD, WESTCLIFF DRIVE, WARRIOR SQUARE, WESTMINSTER DRIVE, HIGHFIELD GARDENS, HIGHFIELD CRESCENT, NEIL ARMSTRONG WAY, NOBLES GREEN ROAD)

Notice is given that the Southend-on-Sea City Council under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made the above Order. The effect of the Order will be as follows:

Marlborough Highways on behalf of Southend-on-Sea City Council will be carrying out footway resurfacing work, at the locations stated in Table 1 of this Notice.

The effect of the Order will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of stopping, waiting, loading, unloading and parking at the locations stated in Table 1 of this Notice. There are no diversion routes applicable for this work.

The Order and prohibitions will come into effect on 7th April 2025, the locations will be started and completed on the dates listed for each location in Table 1 of this Notice, however, this Order may continue in force for 18 months, to allow for remedial works or delays and will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs.

Access for emergency vehicles, vehicles being used in connection with the works, will be maintained during the closure. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any the temporary prohibitions imposed by this Notice may be issued with a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and removed and relocated.
