Notice is hereby given that the above Order, the effect of which is to prohibit any public access along Public Footpath 20.62/5/3, St Martins near Richmond between grid reference NZ16520038 & NZ16960054 to ensure public safety during emergency repair works has been continued in force for a further 6 months until 03/10/25 or until the completion of the works (whichever is the earlier), under Section 15(3) of the above Act with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport. We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in excess of 30 mph along that part of the B6271 which extends from a point approximately 250 metres east of its junction with Back Lane westwards for an approximate distance of 950 metres for a temporary period between 22/04/25 & 30/04/25, due to Highway Maintenance works.
