Limited Waiting Mon-Sat 9am-6pm 30 Mins No Return 1 Hour on a specified length of Clifton Road; Pay & Display (Tariff Exeter B) Mon-Sat 8am-6pm (30 mins 90p, 1 hour £2.80, 2 hours £4.10) &Sun & Bank Hols 11am-5pm (1 hour £1.70, 2 hours £4.10) Max Stay 2 Hours (Exemption for Residents Zone C Permit Holders) on specified lengths of Russell Street; 

Revoke No Waiting At Any Time on a specified length of Russell Street; Revoke Limited Waiting Mon-Sat 9am-6pm 30 Mins No Return 1 Hour on a specified length of Russell Street; Residents Parking At Any Time Zone C on specified lengths of Belmont Road & Clifton Hill.

Residents, charity business occupier, supported living, school business, motorcycle, scooter & other vehicles band A permits £35 annually, other vehicles bands B-K 1St permit £35, 2nd permit £55, 3rd permit £65; bands L-M 1" permit £35, extra permits £65; virtual visitor permit £30 per 350 hours (allocated in 1 hour sessions), physical daily visitor £30 for 30 (24 hour) permits, annual business: 1" permit £35, 2nd permit £75, 3rd permit £150; annual trade permit £45, short stay trade permit £60 for 20, daily trade permit £5, weekly trade permit £25; guest house/hotel visitors £30 for 20 (24 hour) permits; essential visitor permits £10 annually, care worker permits are free.

Where appropriate there will be the usual exemptions including those in relation to picking up/setting down passengers, loading/unloading goods & disabled persons vehicles.

Devon County Council (Clifton Hill, Newtown, Exeter) (One-Way with Contraflow Cycling) Order 6106 to introduce One Way Except Cycles on a specified length of Clifton Hill; Devon County Council (Russell Street, Newtown, Exeter) (Prohibition of Motor Vehicles) Order 6105 for a specified length of Russell Street: introduce Prohibition of Motor Vehicles/revoke One Way/revoke Prohibition of Goods Vehicles Exceeding 7.5 Tonnes.
