NOTICE OF CERTIFICATION OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 7 OF SCHEDULE ISLE OF WIGHT COUNCIL
PUBLIC FOOTPATH N9 (PART), PAN LANE, NEWPORT, ISLE OF WIGHT DIVERSION ORDER No. 1 2022
On 28 March 2025 the Isle of Wight Council certified that works to bring the new route of Public Footpath N9 Pan Lane Newport Isle of Wight have been completed in compliance with Articles 2 and 4 of the above order, and according to Article 3 the order has come into effect.
