  1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under section 6 of and Part VI of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

  2. The general effect of the Prescribed Routes Order will be to introduce contra flow cycle facilities in Altenburg Gardens, Brynnar Road, Khama Road, Lavender Walk, Lurlline Gardens, Rosenau Crescent, Rosenau Road, Spencer Park, Spencer Road and Warinner Gardens and to bring the Orders in line with the on-street layout.

  3. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Restriction Order will be to make minor changes to waiting restrictions in lengths of Altenburg Gardens, Brynnar Road, Khama Road, Lavender Walk, Lurlline Gardens, Rosenau Crescent, Rosenau Road, Spencer Park, Spencer Road and Warinner Gardens.

  4. The general effects of the Parking Places Order will be to make certain amendments to lengths of parking places in Altenburg Gardens, Brynnar Road, Rosenau Crescent, Spencer Road and Warinner Gardens.

  5. Copies of documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposed Orders are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU. The documents will remain available until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order is made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.

  6. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds on which it is made to the Council’s Traffic Orders Section (quoting the reference W/ECS/TMO/2097) within 21 days of the date of this Notice.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14

(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTION) – BANK LANE SW15

  1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Bank Lane to facilitate Cadent Gas utility works.

  2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall wait along Bank Lane. There will be westbound road closure from outside number 11 to the junction with Priory Lane. A temporary parking will also be introduced for the duration of the works. There will be no waiting 08:30 - 15:00.

  3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

  4. Further information may be obtained from the Council’s Network Management section – telephone number (020) 8871 6904.

  5. The order will come into operation on 15 April 2025 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 15 April 2025.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14

TEMPORARY RESTRICTION – GARRATT LANE SW18

  1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict Cycle movement in Garratt Lane to facilitate BT Openreach works.

  2. Whilst the said works are taking place, the southbound cycle lane will be closed from outside number 227 to outside number 245, to allow temporary footway for pedestrians. There will be no waiting at any time.

  3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

  4. Further information may be obtained from the Council’s Network Management section – telephone number (020) 8871 6904.

  5. The order will come into operation on 17 April 2025 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 18 April 2025.

TEMPORARY RESTRICTION – GREYSWOOD STREET SW16

  1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Greyswood Street to facilitate Thames Water utility works.

  2. Whilst the said works are taking place temporary waiting restrictions will be introduced outside number 59. There will be no waiting at any time.

  3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

  4. Further information may be obtained from the Council’s Network Management section – telephone number (020) 8871 6904.

  5. The order will come into operation on 14 April 2025 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 18 April 2025.
