What is happening?

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (30 mph Speed Limit) (Cambusbarron) Order 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 28-3-25.

This Order introduces a 30-mph Limit on Kersebonny Road, Cambusbarron.

This restriction is being introduced as part of a walking, cycling and horse friendly scheme.

A COPY of the Order can be requested by e-mailing traffic@stirling.gov.uk and quoting Ref No TM/6 - SRO/2025(68).

Anyone wishing to question the validity of this Order, should write to the Court of Session within six weeks of 28-3-25.

This Order introduces 30-mph Limits on Gogar Loan and Manor Loan, Blairlogie.

This restrictions are being introduced as part of a walking, cycling and horse friendly scheme.

This Order introduces new 40-mph Speed Limits on the C9 and C64, Plean as part of a walking, cycling and horse friendly scheme.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (40 mph Speed Limit) (Cowie) Order 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 28-3-25.

This Order introduces new 40-mph Speed Limits on the B9124 and C63, Cowie as part of a walking, cycling and horse friendly scheme.

The COUNCIL made the Stirling Council (Coneyhill Road, Bridge of Allan) (Pavement Parking Prohibition Exemption) Order 2025 under the Transport (Scotland) Act 2019 on 28-3-25.

This Order exempts the pavement parking prohibition on: Coneyhill Road On the south-west side thereof over the footway adjacent to numbers 1 and 3 Coneyhill Road.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (A91, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 28-3-25.

This Order will close:

A91 From its junction with Forthside Way to its junction with the A907 from 2000 hours until 0600 hours from 22-4-25 until 6-5-25 to facilitate remedial works to the bridge.

Emergency service access will be maintained.

Alternative Routes: via A91, A905, Burghmuir Road, Causewayhead Road, A907 and vice versa

Alternative route avoiding low bridge - via A91, A905, Burghmuir Road, Causewayhead Road, B823, Fountain Road, A9, A907, and vice versa

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (C34, Bridge of Allan) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 28-3-25.

This Order will close:
C34 From its junction with the A9 to its junction with the B824 from 2000 hours until 0600 hours from 14-4-25 until 30-11-25 to facilitate bridge refurbishment works.

Emergency service access will be maintained.

The majority of the work will be carried out under traffic lights, closures will only be required when work dictates and shown by signs on site.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Dargai Terrace, Dunblane) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 28-3-25.

This Order will close:
Dargai Terrace For its entire length from 0800 hours until 1800 hours from 10-4-25 until 23-4-25 to facilitate public utility works.

Residents and Emergency service access will be maintained.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Coxithill Road / Monteith Avenue, St Ninians, Stirling) (Temporary No Waiting at Any Time) Order 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 28-3-25.

This Order will introduce no waiting at any time restrictions on Coxithill Road / Monteith Avenue, St Ninians, Stirling from 7-4-25 for a period of 18 months. The restrictions are required to prevent indiscriminate parking which reduces drivers’ visibility on the junction of Coxithill Road / Monteith Avenue, St Ninians, Stirling.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Burghmuir Road, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic - No 2) Order 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 28-3-25.

This Order will close: Burghmuir Road From its junction with Craigs Roundabout to its junction with Customs Roundabout from 1900 hours until 0000 hours from 22-4-25 until 23-4-25 to facilitate road sweeping and grounds maintenance works.

Emergency service access will be maintained.

Alternative Routes: via Union Street, Lower Bridge Street, Cowane Street, Goosecroft Road and vice versa

The COUNCIL propose to make the Stirling Council (On-Street Parking Spaces for Disabled Persons) (Revocation No’s 4 and 5) Order 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

The ORDER will remove the disabled persons parking space at the location detailed in the Schedule hereto.

The STIRLING COUNCIL propose to make The Stirling Council (Various Roads, Footways and Footpaths) (Redetermination of Means of Exercise of Public Right of Passage) (Consolidation and Amendment No 19) Order 2025 under the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984.

The Order will redetermine the following roads: Roads over which Means of Exercise of Public Right of Passage is to be Redetermined (Footway to Shared Surface).

Forthside Way, Meadowforth Road, Whitehouse Road, Stirling Roads over which Means of Exercise of Public Right of Passage is to be Redetermined (Segregated to Shared Use).
