What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

East Lothian Council (Off-street coastal parking places) (One way)

Consolidation Order 2017, Variation Order No.3

and prohibition on overnight parking order TO 117/25

East Lothian Council intends to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 3 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce and/or amend enforceable No Overnight Parking Restrictions at various Coastal Car Park Sites.

A copy of the proposed Order, Schedule, plans showing the extent of the restrictions and the statement of reasons for making the Order can be viewed on the council’s website at http://www.eastlothian.gov.uk/ and on http://www.tellmescotland.gov.uk/ These documents are available for inspection for the period from Friday 4th April to Friday 21st April 2025.

Any person may before expiry of the period noted above object to the making of the Order.
