PART OF FOOTPATH FP1404038 AT CROFTERS BANK, LOVECLOUGH
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2025
The above Order, made on 5th February 2025, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the public footpath running from a point on the tarmac path between no.10 All Saints Close and the wall adjacent to the turning area at SD 8127 2633, through to a point at the back edge of the footway to All Saints Close, at the garden fence of 23 Crofters Bank at SD 8133 2633 to a line running from SD 8127 2633, from the tarmac path between no.10 All Saints Close and the wall adjacent to the turning area, to the right-angle bend of the tarmac path adjacent to the turning/parking area at SD 8128 2633 as shown on the Order Map.
The Order will amend the Definitive Map and Statement for the County of Lancashire accordingly.
A copy of the Order and the Order Map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at my offices from 9am to 5pm on weekdays. Copies of the Order and Map may be bought there at the price of £1.00.
Any representations about, or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, PO Box 100, County Hall, Preston, PR1 0LD (REF: LSG4/AM15/ 888.4371) not later than 2nd May 2025. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Lancashire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
