Gloucestershire, Temporary Road Closures Due To Utility & Maintenance Works

What is happening?

GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

TEMPORARY CLOSURE C227 BOX ROAD (CAM PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C227 Box Road from outside the property known as No. 8 Box Road to its junction with Nodier Way for a distance of approximately 45 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for works on behalf of Severn Trent Water.

The said road is expected to be closed between 09:30hrs and 15:30hrs on 25th April 2025 only or until the works have been completed. For further information, please contact Gloucestershire Highways on 08000 514 514 or visit www.gloucestershire.gov.uk.

Alternative Route – as signed on site. Pedestrian access to premises on or next to the road, and emergency access, will be maintained.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE C259 FROG LANE (NORTH NIBLEY PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C259 Frog Lane from outside of the property known as ‘The Laurels’ to outside of the property known as ‘Netherfields’ for a distance of approximately 220 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for the excavation of verges in a single track road.

The said road is expected to be closed on 25th April 2025 only or until the said works have been completed. For further information, please contact Gloucestershire Highways on 08000 514 514 or visit www.gloucestershire.gov.uk.

Alternative Route – as signed on site. Pedestrian access to premises on or next to the road, and emergency access, will be maintained.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE C327 HAM TO PEDINGTON ELM (BERKELEY TOWN) STROUD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C327 Ham to Pedington Elm Road from outside of the property known as ‘Park Lodge’ to outside of the property known as ‘Tutsham Farm’ for a distance of approximately 1127 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for works on behalf of Severn Trent Water.

The said road is expected to be closed from 08:00hrs on 24th April 2025 to 16:00hrs on 25th April 2025 or until the works have been completed. For further information, please contact Gloucestershire Highways on 08000 514 514 or visit www.gloucestershire.gov.uk.

Alternative Route – as signed on site. Pedestrian access to premises on or next to the road, and emergency access, will be maintained.
