Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2025

Disabled Persons’ Parking Place on Humber Road, Worcester)

On 20 March 2025 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to establish a disabled persons’ parking place on the following length of side of road in Worcester –

Humber Road (southwest side): from a point 52 metres northwest of its junction with Stainburn Road for a distance of 6.4 metres in a northwesterly direction.

The Order will also:

• vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of waiting prohibitions and restrictions); and

• contain exemptions to allow parking/access for vehicles displaying a valid disabled person’s blue badge.

The Order will come into operation on 10 April 2025.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order (or its provisions), you may do so by application to the High Court within six weeks from the date of the Order.

Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2025

[Prohibition of Waiting on Bromwich Road and Whites Road, Worcester]

On 27 March 2025 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester:

• Bromwich Road (West side): from its junction with Whites Road for a distance of 33 metres in a northerly direction and 27 metres in a south westerly direction, and from a point 15 metres south of its junction with Bromwich Road Service Road (north junction) for a distance of 14 metres in a south westerly direction.

• Whites Road (North side): from its junction with Bromwich Road for a distance of 32 metres in a westerly direction.

• South side: from its junction with Bromwich Road for a distance of 25 metres in a westerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for enforcement of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes including by disabled badge holders.

The Order will come into operation on 10 April 2025.
