And Service Area UY1367
(Off Dene Drive)
(NO WAITING AT ANY TIME,
NO LOADING AT ANY TIME AND LOADING BAYS)
ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which came into force on 28th March 2025.
The effect of the order will be to introduce no waiting at any time, no loading at any time and loading bays on service area UY2511 (off High Street) and service UY1367 (off Dene Drive) Winsford. The proposals are set out in the schedule below.
Schedule 1
Prohibition of Waiting and Loading
Service area off High Street (UY2511)
North side – from a point 85 metres west of its junction with High Street for a distance of 34 metres in a westerly direction.
South side – from a point 83 metres west of its junction with High Street for a distance of 55 metres in a westerly direction.
West side – from a point 8 metres south of its northerly kerbline for a distance of 18 metres in a southerly direction.
Service area off Dene Drive (UY1367)
North side – from its junction with Dene Drive for a distance of 109 metres in an easterly direction.
South side – from its junction with Dene Drive for a distance of 134 metres in an easterly direction.

Loading Bays
Service area off High Street (UY2511)
West side – from its northerly kerbline for a distance of 8 metres in a southerly direction.
West side – from a point 26 metres south of its northerly kerbline for a distance of 19 metres on a southerly direction.
Service road area off Dene Drive (UY1367)
North side – from a point 56 metres east of its junction with Dene Drive for a distance of 20 metres in an easterly direction.
South side – from a point 68 metres east of its junction with Dene Drive for a distance of 30 metres in an easterly direction.
East side – from its northern most point of the northerly kerbline for a distance of 23 metres in a southerly direction.
If you wish to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instruments made under it has not been complied with, you may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.

(NO STOPPING ON SCHOOL KEEP CLEAR MARKING)
(Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council propose to make an order under Section 1, 2 and 4 to the Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers.
The effect of the proposed order will be to prohibit stopping at specified times on the lengths of road specified in the schedule.
Full details of the proposals are in the draft Order together with a plan showing the extent of the proposal; a statement of reasons for making the order and a copy of this notice may be examined during the usual office hours at the following offices:
Winsford Area Highways Office, Browning Way, Woodford Park, Winsford, CW7 2RB.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order or to any provisions contained in it, you may do so in writing specifying the grounds on which it is made, to the undersigned quoting reference PTRO801 by 28th April 2025.
