What is happening?

THE CITY OF EDINBURGH COUNCIL

(MOREDUN PARK ROAD) (TEMPORARY ROAD
RESTRICTION AND TRAFFIC REGULATION)
ORDER 2025 – TEMP/25/17

The Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period, to facilitate zebra crossing installation works, no person shall: (a) drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle; & (b) except with the permission of a Parking Attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load onto or unload from any vehicle at any time on both sides of Moredun Park Rd, from the east gable end of No. 95, south-eastwards to the south-east building line of No. 111. Existing restrictions will be suspended on the affected sections of roads described in (b). The alternative route for vehicular traffic is via Fernieside Drv, Craigour Cres, Craigour Grv & Craigour Ave. Local access to Craigour Park Primary School, Moredun Library and shops (Nos. 101-113) will be maintained where required.

The order shall have effect from 5/4/25 to 20/4/25.
