ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
A4189 GANNAWAY ROAD, NORTON LINDSEY
Order Effect: Road closed between Saddlebow Lane and Hatton Road.
Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing works, closed 20.00hrs-06.00hrs, weeknights only.
Order Commences: 7 April 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 15 April 2025.
Access & Diversion: HGV Diversion: A4189, B4463 Watery Lane/Hampton Road, A46, A435, A4189 and vice versa (avoiding low bridge). Non-HGV Diversion: A4189, B4463 Watery Lane/Hampton Road, A46, A3400, A4189 and vice versa. Access/Egress to be maintained where possible to businesses and residents only.

BIRMINGHAM ROAD & SALTISFORD, WARWICK
Order Effect: Roads closed to vehicular traffic. Reason for Order: Works to repair guttering & pipework on railway bridge, closed 22.00hrs-06.00hrs.
Order Commences: 7 April 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 11 April 2025.
Access & Diversion: Saltisford, Northgate, Cape Road, Upper Cape, Wedgnock Lane, Birmingham Road and vice versa.

D50780, BROWNLEY GREEN LANE (BEAUSALE LANE), HATTON
Order Effect: Road Closed to vehicular traffic between Brownley Green Lane and Kites Nest Lane.
Reason for Order: Drainage and associated works, 09.30hrs-15.30hrs
Order Commences: 10 April 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 11 April 2025.
Access & Diversion: Beausale Lane, Haseley Mill, Firs Lane, A4177 and vice versa.

DALEHOUSE LANE, KENILWORTH
Order Effect: One-Way traffic flow will be imposed on Dalehouse Lane from a point 340m East from Whitehead Drive to a point 680m East of Whitehead Drive. Traffic will be permitted to proceed in a westerly direction only.
Reason for Order: In connection with HS2 works.
Order Commences: 11 April 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 7 June 2025.
Access & Diversion: Dalehouse Lane, Common Lane, Coventry Road, Kenilworth Road, Stoneleigh Road and vice versa.

GREEN LANE, SHREWLEY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: For works to install a boundary box and clear blockages.
Order Commences: 8 April 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 9 April 2025.
Access & Diversion: Green Lane, Coffee Pot Lane, Stoney Lane, Mill Lane and vice versa.

HILL WOOTTON ROAD, HILL WOOTTON & LEAMINGTON ROAD, BLACKDOWN
Order Effect: Vehicular traffic will be prohibited from turning right from Hill Wootton Road (D22370) onto Leamington Road (A452) and also from Leamington Road (A452) onto Hill Wootton Road (D22370).
Reason for Order: In connection with HS2 works.
Order Commences: 11 April 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 7 June 2025.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Repair/replace defective frame and cover, closed 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.

Anticipated Completion: 7 April 2025.
Access & Diversion: No diversion available.

VALLEY ROAD, LILLINGTON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to replace or repair defective manhole frame.
Order Commences: 10 April 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 10 April 2025.
Access & Diversion: Valley Road, Parklands Avenue, Cubbington Road, Crown Way and vice versa.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
C22 NEW ROAD, ROWINGTON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from Preston Road to surface change.
Reason for Order: Drainage works, 09.00hrs-15.00hrs.
Order Commences: 24 April 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 25 April 2025.
Access & Diversion: Narrow Lane, Back Lane, Shrewley Common, Old Warwick Road, Finwood Road, Mill Lane, New Road and vice versa.

CASE LANE, SHREWLEY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works for new water connection.
Order Commences: 22 April 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 24 April 2025.
Access & Diversion: Case Lane, Five Ways Road, Quarry Lane and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between the junctions of Littleton Close, entrance to car park of Crackley Hall School and eastern boundary of property number 10.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, 09.00hrs-15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 24 April 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 24 April 2025.

HATHAWAY DRIVE, WARWICK
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to repair/replace defective frame and cover.
Order Commences: 22 April 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 22 April 2025.
Access & Diversion: Primrose Hill, Footpaths Primrose Hill and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Pole testing works.

Access & Diversion: Littleworth Road, Warwick Road, Brittens Lane, Gannaway Road, Henley Road, Watery Lane and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable a boundary box installation.
Order Commences: 24 April 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 25 April 2028.
Access & Diversion: No diversion available.

VILLAGE STREET, OFFCHURCH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic. Reason for Order: To enable works for a boundary box Installation.
Order Commences: 24 April 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 25 April 2025.
Access & Diversion: Village Street, Radford Road, Welsh Road, School Hill and vice versa.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
