Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
The County of Cornwall (Binner Cross, Leedstown) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Leedstown. This prohibition is necessary for fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th April 2025 to 29th April 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Binner Cross, Leedstown from junction of Praze Road to junction of Horsedowns.

The County of Cornwall (Gwinear Lane, Gwinear) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 31st March 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Gwinear. This prohibition is necessary for fibre connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th April 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1430, weekdays only.
Road affected - Gwinear Lane, Gwinear between grid reference SW 59994 37370 and the junction with Relistian Lane.

The County of Cornwall (Harbour Court, Access to Abbey Slipway and Abbey Street, Penzance) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Penzance. This prohibition is necessary for repainting and grouting works of the Abbey Slipway surface and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th April 2025 to 30th April 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Roads affected - Harbour Court and Access to Abbey Slipway for their entire lengths and Abbey Street between the junctions with Access to Abbey Slip and New Street, Penzance.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit
the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Ludgvan. This prohibition is necessary for fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 29th April 2025 to 1st May 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Roads affected - The Square, Ludgvan for its entire length and Castle Road, Ludgvan between the junctions with Eglos Road and Bowglas Close.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Ives. This prohibition is necessary for new telecom connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 30th April 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Wesley Place, St Ives between the junctions with Bedford Road and Wesley Place.
