Darparu Rheoliad Traffig Gorchymyn O Fewn Cymunedau Amrywiol Yn Sir Fynwy

RHODDIR HYSBYSIAD DRWY HYN fod Cyngor Sir Fynwy, Neuadd y Sir, Y Rhadyr, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA (“y Cyngor”) wedi gwneud Gorchymyn Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd fel a ganlyn:

EFFAITH Y GORCHYMYN:

  • Cyflwyno Gwahardd Aros ar Unrhyw Adeg ar Ffordd Woodstock, Cil-y-coed (12fed Mai 2025).
  • Cyflwyno Cyfyngiad Pwysau 7.5T ar Lôn y Felin, Cil-y-coed (12fed Mai 2025).
  • Cyflwyno Gwahardd Aros a Llwytho ar Unrhyw Amser ar Ystad Ddiwydiannol Gorllewin Heol Wonastow, Trefynwy (16eg Mehefin 2025).
  • Cyflwyno Gwahardd Aros ar Unrhyw Adeg ar Wyesham Avenue, Trefynwy (16eg Mehefin 2025).
  • Cyflwyno Gwahardd Aros ar Unrhyw Adeg ar Heol Wyesham a Highmeadow, Trefynwy (16eg Mehefin 2025).
  • Cyflwyno Man Parcio Aros Cyfyngedig i Bobl Anabl ar Deras Hardwick B4293, Cas-gwent (16eg Mehefin 2025).

Mae’r Gorchmynion y manylir arnynt uchod wedi’u hamserlennu i ddod i rym fesul cam ar y dyddiadau a nodir mewn cromfachau.

Os bydd unrhyw berson yn dymuno cwestiynu dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn neu unrhyw un o’i ddarpariaethau ar y sail nad yw neu nad ydynt o fewn y pwerau a roddir gan y Ddeddf, neu na chydymffurfiwyd ag unrhyw un o ofynion y Ddeddf neu unrhyw offeryn a wneir o dan y Ddeddf, caiff y person hwnnw, o fewn chwe wythnos o’r 1af Ebrill 2025 (sef y dyddiad y gwnaed y gorchymyn) wneud cais at y diben hwnnw i’r Uchel Lys.

Provision Of A Traffic Regulation
Order Within Various Communities In Monmouthshire

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monmouthshire County Council of County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (“the Council”) has made a Road Traffic Regulation Order as follows:

EFFECT OF THE ORDER:

  • To introduce a 7.5T Weight Restriction on Mill Lane, Caldicot (12th May 2025).
  • To introduce a Prohibition of Waiting and Loading at Any Time on Wonastow Road Industrial Estate West, Monmouth (16th June 2025).
  • To introduce a Prohibition of Waiting at Any Time on Wyesham Avenue, Monmouth (16th June 2025).
  • To introduce a Prohibition of WTo introduce a Prohibition of Waiting at Any Time on Woodstock Way, Caldicot (12th May 2025).
  • To introaiting at Any Time on Wyesham Road and Highmeadow, Monmouth (16th June 2025).
  • To introduce a Limited Waiting Disabled Persons Parking Place on Hardwick Terrace B4293, Chepstow (16th June 2025).

Within the localities identified on the plans, which can be viewed by appointment at County Hall, Usk or online at http://www.monmouthshire.gov.uk/public-consultation-traffic. This webpage can also be accessed by scanning the below QR code.

The orders detailed above are scheduled to come into effect in a staggered manner on the dates specified in brackets.

If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the ground that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks from 1st April 2025 (being the date the order was made) apply for that purpose to the High Court.
