TEMPORARY CLOSURE
Notice is hereby given that the Staffordshire County Council, on 1/10/24 made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along the section of Public Footpath No. 17 Great Wyrley Parish from its junction with Landywood Lane for approximately 239 metres in a south westerly direction.
The closure is required under the provision of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 Section 14 (1) (b) due to housing development works.
No alternative route is available.
A plan has been displayed on site to show the length of path to be closed and the unaffected rights of way in the area.
This Order came into operation on 10/10/24 and has been extended for a further period of twelve months, until 10/4/26 or until the risk of danger to the public is over, whichever is the earlier. This extension has been given approval by the Secretary of State. If necessary, the Order may be extended for a further period.

Staffordshire County Council propose to make a Traffic Regulation Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 to prevent a vehicle travelling in a north eastern direction along Wood End lane, Hilliards Cross slip road off A38from making a right turn into Wood End Lane, Hilliards Cross. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF RIGHT TURN
Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from turning right along:
