TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS BEESTON FP18 (PART) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 (1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council proposes to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit pedestrians on Beeston FP18 (Part) from a point at OSGR SJ 5493 5797 running in a north easterly direction for approximately 213 metres to a point at OSGR SJ 5511 5808.
The closure is necessary because works are proposed to be executed on or near the footpath. The Order will come into force on 21 April 2025 and will continue in force for a period of six months or until works are complete, whichever is the sooner.
There is an alternative route provided.
This order does not prevent any pedestrians with access to premises situated on or adjacent to the public footpath only accessible from the path or by any emergency vehicle
