Brookvale Road - To Introduce A No Waiting And No Loading At Any Time Restriction
What is happening?
BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL
(BROOKVALE ROAD, PERRY BARR) (TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council have made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:
1. To introduce a No Waiting and No Loading at any time restriction on a length of BROOKVALE ROAD.
The Order will come into operation on 4th April 2025.

If any person wishes to question the validity of this Order or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order may within 6 weeks from the 3rd April 2025 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
