What is happening?

TRANSPORT SCOTLAND

THE A830 TRUNK ROAD (MORAR) (CLEARWAY) ORDER 2025

THE SCOTTISH MINISTERS hereby give notice that they have made the above Order under sections 1(1)(a) and (c), 2(1) and 2(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order is as described in Inverness Courier dated 28th February 2025 and The Edinburgh Gazette, dated 28th February 2025 Issue number 29086. The Order comes into force on Thursday 3rd April 2025.

A copy of the Order as made and the relevant plan may be inspected free of charge until 8th May 2025 at the Co-Op Food, Station Road, Mallaig, PH41 4PY, Mallaig Library, Mallaig & Morar Community Centre, PH41 4PY and at the offices of Transport Scotland, George House, 36 North Hanover Street, Glasgow, G1 2AD until 30 April 2025 and 177 Bothwell Street Glasgow G2 7ER from 1st May 2025.
