TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT ORDER

THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BARKING AND DAGENHAM

(SGV EXTENSION AREA 4) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING) ORDER 2025

NOTICE OF MAKING

  1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in order to facilitate road lining works, the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham has made a Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

  2. The order will come into effect on Monday 7 April 2025 with work commencing on this date. The Order will remain in force up to a period of 18 months, however it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Tuesday 13 May 2025.

  3. When the appropriate traffic management measures are being displayed, the Order will prohibit waiting at any time and loading at any time on the roads listed in Schedule 1.

  4. The waiting and loading prohibition will be applied in phases across the roads listed in Schedule 1. This is to allow full access for vehicular traffic along the roads at all times whilst road lining works are underway.
