What is happening?

NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL 
(Burringham Road, Scunthorpe) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

On 9th Oct 2024, North Lincolnshire Council made an Order, the effect of which prohibits any vehicle from proceeding along Burringham Rd, Scunthorpe. This Order took effect on 19th Oct 2024 and will be effective until 18th April 2026. Under this same Order, it is now proposed to undertake further works (HPPE main laying/ replacement by Anglian Water) necessitating the closure of Burringham Rd, 200m from the M181 Flyover, from 8am 22nd April-5pm 17th June 2025 (but varied if necessary due to any unforeseen circumstances). The diversion is Stone Lane, Station Rd, B1450, A18, A159, Burringham Rd and reverse.
