Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
The County of Cornwall (Treverbyn Road, Tregonissey Road, Slades Road, St Austell) (Temporary Stopping) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in St Austell. Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of the Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site.

This prohibition is necessary to assist traffic flow during A391 resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th April 2025 to 24th May 2025.

Roads subject to stopping prohibition - Treverbyn Road, Tregonissey Road, for their entire length, Slades Road from junction with Treverbyn Road to junction with Tremayne Road, St Austell. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 0930 and 1430 and 1800, weekends included.

The County of Cornwall (Central Treviscoe, St Austell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Austell. This prohibition is necessary for repairs to defects and it is expected that the closure will be from 30th April 2025 to 2nd May 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700, weekdays only.

Road affected - Central Treviscoe, St Austell between No 15 and No 19.

The County of Cornwall (Dabryn Way, St Stephen) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 31st March 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Stephen. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th April 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Dabryn Way, St Stephen from junction with Creakavose to No 37.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Camelford.

This prohibition is necessary for permanent disconnection/ reconnection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th April 2025 to 2nd May 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road affected - Road From Hallworthy To Junction South West Of Trewinnow, Hallworthy, Camelford between grid references SX 17563 87172 and SX 17710 87363.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Austell. This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st May 2025 to 2nd May 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1500, weekdays only.

Road affected - High Cross Street, St Austell from junction with Cross Lane to outside No 8.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th April 2025 to 29th April 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Little Treslea Hill, Bodmin from junction with Shop Lane to junction with Access To Treslea.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Mount. This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 30th April 2025 to 1st May 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road From New Bungalows To Junction West Of Bridge Meadow, Mount between property known as Ivy Cottage and grid reference SX 16376 67960.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st May 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Pendoggett Road, Bodmin from junction with St Teath Road to Sea View Cottage.
