LAND AT STAMFORD BRIDGE SPORTS HALL,
CHURCH ROAD, STAMFORD BRIDGE,
EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE, YO41 1DG
NOTICE is given pursuant to sections 123(1) and (2A)
of the Local Government Act 1972, that East Riding of
Yorkshire Council is considering a request to dispose
via lease of an area of open space adjoining Stamford
Bridge Sports Hall, Church Road, Stamford Bridge,
East Riding of Yorkshire, YO41 1DG comprising an area
of approximately 0.11 acres (0.04Ha), for use as a public
outdoor seating area to Stamford Bridge Sports Hall
Association. A plan identifying the land to be potentially
leased to the association may be requested free of
charge by email request to
geordie.barnett@eastriding.gov.uk.
Any objections or representations regarding the
potential disposal must be made in writing, the
preferred method is by email to
neil.archbutt@eastriding.gov.uk
or alternatively by post
to Neil Archbutt, Valuation & Estates Group Manager,
County Hall, Beverley, HU17 9BA to be received no
later than 9 April 2025.
