RHODDIR DRWY HYN RYBUDD fod Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn/Isle of Anglesey County Council yn bwriadu dim llai na saith niwrnod ar ôl dyddiad y rhybudd hwn wneud Gorchymyn bydd yn gwahardd dros dro pob cerbyd, ac eithrio cerbydau argyfwng, rhag teithio mewn unrhyw gyfeiriad ar hyd Stryd Stanley, Caergybi.

Mae angen y Gorchymyn i alluogi gwaith Dŵr Cymru - gosod cysylltiad gwasanaeth newydd.

Teithio i gyfeiriad y gogledd ar hyd yr A5 Ffordd Victoria i’r gyffordd â Water Street. Trowch i’r chwith a theithiwch i gyfeiriad y gorllewin ar hyd Water Street, a St Cybi Street a throwch i’r chwith i Stryd Newry i’r man gogleddol pan fydd ar gau.

Teithiwch i fyny Stryd Thomas a throwch i’r dde i Hill Street ac ewch heibio Sgwâr Trearddur a Summer Hill i ben arall y ffordd sydd ar gau.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 19eg Ebrill 2025 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd yn fwy na 6 wythnos neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud ar y ffordd, pa un bynnag fyddo gyntaf. Ar hyn o bryd disgwylir i’r gwaith gael ei gwblhau ar 20fed Ebrill 2025.

Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 Section 14(1) As Amended By The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act, 1991 

Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn / Isle Of Anglesey County Council (Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic) (Stanley Street, Holyhead) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn/Isle of Anglesey County Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will temporarily prohibit all vehicles, except for emergency vehicles, from travelling in either direction along Stanley Street, Holyhead.

The Order is necessary to enable Dŵr Cymru works - install new service connection.

Alternative Route 1 - from the junction by the Cenotaph. Travel in a northerly direction along the A5 Victoria Road to the junction with Water Street. 

Turn left and travel in a westerly direction along Water Street, and St Cybi Street and turn left onto Newry Street to the northern point of the closure.

Alternative Route 2 - from the junction of Williams Street.

Travel up Thomas Street and turn right onto Hill Street and proceed past Trearddur Square and Summer Hill to the other end of the road closure.

The Order comes into effect on 19th April 2025 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 weeks or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the road is completed, whichever is the earlier. 

At this stage it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 20th April 2025.
