What is happening?
THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (EASTHORPE STREET, RUDDINGTON) (PARKING PLACES AND RESIDENTS’ CONTROLLED ZONE) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025 (8367)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council HAS MADE an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be, in respects of roads at Ruddington in the Borough of Rushcliffe: -
1. Residents’ Parking Scheme Mon - Sat 3pm - 9pm along the following length of road:- Easthorpe Street, Ruddington (the north-west side)
- From a point 22 metres south-west of its junction with Cumberland Close in a south-westerly direction for 12 metres
- From a point 10 metres north-east of its junction with Peartree Orchard in a north-easterly direction for 53 metres (the south-east side)
- From a point opposite a point 16 metres north-east of its junction with Peartree Orchard in a north-easterly direction for 64 metres Relevant documents may be inspected at during opening hours: -
(a) The Nottinghamshire County Council, County Hall, Loughborough Road, West Bridgford, NG2 7QP
(b) Ruddington Library, Church Street, Ruddington, Nottingham NG11 6HD Or by visiting the County Council’s Website (https://consult.nottinghamshire.gov.uk)
THIS ORDER WILL COME INTO FORCE ON 31ST MARCH 2025.
The proposals would remove non-resident parking from outside the houses on Easthorpe Street, Ruddington.
